Call for Papers for ISSE 2006

ISSE is a European ICT security conference - now in its 8th year, it presents and explores the technical, commercial, organisational, legal and political issues in information security. Delegates come from across Europe, from business, academic institutions and European governments to hear high-level presentations from a choice of over 80 across 3 days and share their experiences with other delegates.

EEMA now invites submissions for this year's conference from experts who can help contribute to the event by sharing their knowledge and expertise with other industry professionals.

Topic areas

The submissions should be original research results, surveys, case studies or position papers. Product placement or promotional papers are not accepted.

Presentations for the conference are selected on the merit of the submitted abstracts, which are evaluated by an independent pan-European panel of industry experts and academics from a cross-section of organisations.

Instructions for submissions

  • Submit a short abstract of approximately 1 page for your proposed paper
  • a short speaker biography and full contact details of the speaker
  • indicate the topic area of the presentation
  • indicate the level of the presentation (basic, intermediate, technical, advanced technical) and target audience (legal audience, technical audience, business audience).

Please note that only electronic submissions will be accepted. Receipt of your submission will also be confirmed by e-mail. The subject line of your email MUST contain the speaker's name. The content of the proposed presentation is much more important than affiliation or job title of the speaker.
