Lantronix, Inc. has launched SecureLinx Management Appliance (SLM), a centralised control solution that provides administrators with secure, remote and consolidated 'anytime, anywhere access' of nearly any device within the enterprise.

SLM provides a solution that seamlessly integrates out-of-band infrastructure (OOBI) management equipment including Lantronix' entire line of SecureLinx products, SecureLinx SLC Console Manager, SecureLinx SLK Remote KVMs (keyboard, video, mouse) and SecureLinx SLP Intelligent Power Manager. As a management gateway, SecureLinx SLM minimises administration efforts by providing automatic discovery capabilities, simplified views of attached equipment, centralised authentication, and quick monitoring capabilities including comprehensive device logging. The newest addition to the award-winning SecureLinx product line, SLM enables IT administrators the ability to automate management of large numbers of attached data centre equipment through a web browser with just a few mouse clicks.
