StreamShield Networks, internet-based real-time content security solutions provider, has appointed John Wanklyn Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

John brings to StreamShield 18 years of successful international sales experience gained in global networking and telecommunications companies. His expertise includes building global sales operations utilizing direct, channel and strategic alliances, and he has a proven track record in achieving rapid market penetration and long-term business growth. John has held numerous executive sales management positions at leading telecommunication equipment companies including Marconi Corporation, FORE Systems, UB Networks and Rank Xerox. Most recently John was Managing Director of Marconis international equipment business with annual sales of over 300 million.
