The Supervisory Board of Getronics has appointed Kevin Roche as Vice Chairman of the Board of Management of Getronics.

In addition, the Supervisory Board has proposed appointment of Stuart Appleton to the Board of Management. Stuart Appleton (50) will be proposed for election to the Board of Management at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Getronics on 20 April 2005, to take effect from 1 May 2005. Stuarts role will be as Executive Vice President AsiaPacific/Japan and UK & Ireland, and responsible for the Companys Global Portfolio, Alliances and Marketing.
Stuart Appleton has been with Getronics since 1st January 2000, most recently in the position of Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy & Communications. Stuart previously held senior management positions at WPP Group PLC and is a British citizen, who holds a Bachelor of Science from Bath University (UK) and a Master of Arts from London University.
With these proposed appointments the Board of Management of Getronics will consist of:

• Klaas Wagenaar (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer)
  
• Kevin Roche (Vice Chairman and EVP Americas and responsible for Global Service Delivery)
  
• Stuart Appleton (EVP Asia and UK and responsible for Global Portfolio, Alliances and Marketing)
  
• Theo Janssen (CFO and responsible for corporate legal)
  
• Henny van Schaik (EVP Europe, excluding UK and NL, and responsible for global international accounts).
