Managed security specialist Network Box Corporation has re-structured to create a single international company to meet growing customer demand for multi-national service and support. The new company, Network Box Limited, has been created by merging country distributors in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

The board of Network Box Limited will comprise Michael Gazeley (currently Managing Director, Network Box Corporation, and chairman of the new company), Mark Webb-Johnson (chief technical officer), Michael Fenton (managing director, Network Box UK), Robert Langford (director, Network Box Australia), and Keith Glennan (chief executive officer of the new company).

Network Box continuously monitors and defends the networks of its customers from 12 Security Operations Centres spread around the globe. These customers include companies such as BMW, Nintendo, and Toyota, as well as banks, utilities, and government organisations.
