Bee Ware, a provider of secure web-enabled delivery solutions has expanded into the UK market with their application delivery technology. This provides application security using a combination of behaviour analysis, application layer threat protection and high performance platforms.
Spearheading Bee Ware's expansion into the UK is CEO Christophe Guyard, was previously the CEO and founder of AXIANS, an European network and security integrator. Guyard heads a team of 6 in the company's London headquarters.
Formed in 2002 Bee Ware has grown in Europe through its high-performance technologies and expertise in the web application security space.
Bee Ware products:
- i-Watch Application Attack & Vulnerability monitor - a low-cost security appliance that plugs into any architecture and reports on a range of attacks and vulnerabilities without using signature files or white and black lists
- i-Sentry Secure Application Gateway - a security appliance protecting web and web services applications from attacks exploiting bugs and vulnerabilities in both the web infrastructure and the application code
- i-Trust Web Single Sign-On (Web SSO) - a Web Single Sign On solution. The idea introduced by Bee Ware is to use the Application Gateway as a primary Authentication Control Point. Running on the network perimeter, i-Trust agent first performs a secured perimeter authentication and then manages the application authentication. This new Web SSO concept is easy to deploy as it has no impact on the existing application infrastructure.
- ICX Detection and analysis engine - identifies, classifies and filters Web traffic. It is designed to detect both known or unknown application attacks as well as any malicious application usage. ICX includes positive and negative security models, transparent behaviour based Neural Network attack detection, Automated Process Detection and Web Services protection mechanisms.
