Danish IT Company Danware has entered into agreement with Italian IT Company Enterprise International for the sale and distribution of Danware's NetOp products on the Italian market.

NetOp products from Danware are based on advanced IT remote control functionality. This fits well with the existing product portfolio of the new Italian partner, which specialises in supplying advanced software solutions to the business-to-business market.

Enterprise International supplies IT solutions to both the private and public sectors. The company enjoys a particularly strong position in the financial sector, which accounts for almost 40 per cent of its customers.

The agreement with Enterprise International comes only a few weeks after Danware opened its new subsidiary in the USA, which is now responsible for distribution of NetOp products on the American market. In the autumn Danware is opening two new subsidiaries in the UK and Germany, which as in the USA will sell NetOp products through channels comprising certified NetOp partners.
