Wick Hill has been appointed sole UK distributor for Utimaco, the German encryption products producer.
Utimaco Safeware's SafeGuard product range provides secure mobile computing by protecting data against unauthorised access on PCs, notebooks, PDAs, smartphones, and networks. This includes encryption of hard disks, files, folders and external devices, access control, strong authentication and integrity control, biometrics, and multi-user encryption.
As well as protecting mobile devices, SafeGuard products can protect individual areas of a network, where confidentiality is important, such as human resources. Using encryption, specific areas can be protected from unauthorised access.
