Billion Electric Co., Ltd., a network communications equipment manufacturer, has unveiled an SSL VPN Security Appliance series with integrated router and firewall functions BiGuard S10 (SSL VPN Security Gateway) and BiGuard S20 (Dual-WAN IPSec/SSL VPN Security Gateway).
The first available product, BiGuard S10, is an all-in-one security gateway with SSL VPN, designed for SMEs. The product allows remote users, mobile workers, business partners, and customers to benefit from secure and real-time communications as well as resource sharing via a standard web browser. No extra VPN client software is required so users can access information from any location with Internet access.
BiGuard S10 provides IT administrators with a Personal Web Portal, ensuring a secure connection with encryption, access policy, authorisation, and authentication mechanisms.
